This course is an advanced HACCP course and is based on ISO 22000, ISO/TS 22002-1 and additional FSSC 22000 requirements
CONTENT
- Development of food safety management systems
- HACCP and the 12 Codex Alimentarius steps
- ISO 22000 requirements including context of the organisation, leadership, planning, support, operation, performance evaluation and improvement
- FSSC 22000 additional requirements
- ISO/TS 22002-1 requirements (PRPs)
- Food Safety Culture
- Examples will be provided of some of the management system documentation
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
The course is aimed at food safety team leaders and team members as well as other staff responsible for the implementation, management, maintenance, verification and improvement of the system
OUTCOMES
Delegates will be able to:
- Interpret ISO 22000, ISO/TS 22002-1 and additional FSSC 22000 requirements
- Understand the roles and responsibilities within the FSMS
- Implement, maintain and improve a food safety management system
REQUIREMENTS
No prior learning is required, but knowledge of HACCP and PRPs will be beneficial
There is an assessment and a certificate of successful completion will be issued
