COURSE OUTCOMES

Delegates will be able to conduct a food fraud vulnerability assessment and a threat assessment.

Form templates and examples of some of the documentation required will be provided.

Those upgrading their HACCP systems to meet the requirements of the GFSI – recognised certification schemes

COURSE REQUIREMENTS

No prior learning is required; however knowledge of HACCP would be beneficial

There is an assessment.
